The Challenge

Code Climate approached us to create a digital white paper that would resonate with engineers and help them learn how to lead their teams more effectively.

However, the challenge lay in presenting the information in a way that felt familiar and on-brand, while ensuring it remained digestible and engaging.

The Results

We organized the information into digestible slides, using custom bulleted lists and graphs to simplify complex concepts. And, to maintain familiarity with the target audience, we incorporated subheadings and details with a code-like design.

This approach not only made the content feel more intuitive for engineers but also enhanced the overall user experience, blending technical aesthetics with clarity and functionality.
